Ingredients:
4 oz. swordfish fillet
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Simple Girl Safe Seasoning (or paprika, onion powder, pink salt, turmeric, garlic powder)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix mustard and seasoning together
- Spread mustard mixture on top of fish
- Bake 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork
(Great served with Smoky Spicy Broccoli)
