4 oz. swordfish fillet
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Simple Girl Safe Seasoning (or paprika, onion powder, pink salt, turmeric, garlic powder)



  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Mix mustard and seasoning together
  3. Spread mustard mixture on top of fish
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork

(Great served with Smoky Spicy Broccoli)
