Ingredients:
5 oz snapper
8 oz tomatoes
1 t minced onion
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t rosemary
1/8 t sage
1/2 t chili powder
1/4 t mustard powder
1/8 t pepper
1/8 t ground ginger
Directions:
- Preheat 1/4 c water in large skillet over med-high heat
- Cut tomatoes in fairly large chunks
- Place tomatoes and spices in skillet and stir well
- Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes
- Stir and simmer a couple more minutes
- Carve out a spot in the middle for the fish & lay it in the pan
- Cover and cook 3 minutes
- Flip fish
- Cover and cook 3 more minutes
