Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 c. feta cheese
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 tsp. oregano
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thaw spinach then squeeze out excess liquid.
- Add all ingredients to food processor and process until well combined (or mix together in large bowl).
- Form into a loaf shape with hands and place into loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and slice.
