Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 c egg whites
2 T coconut oil, melted
2 c shredded squash (zucchini and/or yellow squash)
2 dropperfuls stevia
2 t oregano
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t pink salt
1 t baking powder
1 c flax meal
2 T coconut flour
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line pizza pan with parchment paper
- Steam shredded squash then drain ALL liquid from it by wringing in a dishtowel or cheesecloth
- Place in bowl and stir in egg, egg white, coconut oil, pink salt, oregano, baking powder, and garlic powder
- Stir in flax meal and coconut flour until well combined
- Transfer dough to pizza pan
- Use a spatula to spread dough into a circle about 10 inches in daimeter and 1 cm thick (You may want to leave the edges slightly thicker for crust effect)
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven and add desired toppings
- Bake another 5 minutes
