Ingredients:
3.5 oz steak (larger steak may be depending on Phase)
1 large tomato, chopped into bite sized pieces or 3/4 c canned diced tomatoes (again, more may be used depending on Phase)
water
1 clove minced garlic
onion power, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
pink salt and pepper, to taste
italian seasoning, to taste
Directions:
- Heat crockpot to High
- Cut steak into bite sized pieces and add to crockpot
- Add tomato and garlic
- Pour water until 1″ above steak
- Stir in spices
- Place lid on crockpot and cook about 4 hours
