Sunny Dill Salmon

Ingredients:

3.5 ounces of salmon
8 oz green beans
1/2 t dill
1 portabello mushroom cap
1 egg
1 t stone ground dijon mustard
1 t coconut aminos
pink salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with foil
  3. Place mushroom cap and salmon on baking sheet
  4. Brush inside of mushroom cap with aminos
  5. Sprinkle salmon with pink salt and pepper
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Steam green beans in small amount of water in saucepan until tender
  8. Drain beans, toss with dill, then transfer to plate
  9. Cook egg in skillet, sunny side up
  10. Once done baking, place mushroom cap on top of green beans then salmon
  11. Spread mustard on top of salmon
  12. Top with egg
  13. Sprinkle with pink salt and pepper

  1. The ingredient list is incomplete. How much salmon should there be? We guessed. We brush the salmon with coconut aminos also. We omit the mustard and the dill. Very delicious dish. We make it frequently.
