1 c. green pepper
3/4 c. red onion
1 c. zucchini
1 T. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. coconut oil
1/2 tsp. Simple Girl BBQ Seasoning
- Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat.
- Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces.
- Add veggies to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
- Stir in nutritional yeast and bbq seasoning.
