1 t coconut oil
1 T minced garlic
3 small carrots, sliced into rounds
1 dropperful stevia
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat
- Add garlic, carrots, and stevia and place lid on skillet
- Stir occasionally and continue cooking until carrots are soft
