8 oz red pepper, strips
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 t dill
stevia, to taste
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
- Add pepper strips, cover, and cook until softened
- Stir in mustard, dill, and stevia and cook until liquid is sauce consistency
- Sprinkle with pink salt
