Sweet 'n Spicy Caribbean Dressing

Ingredients:

1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
1 T. dijon mustard
1 tsp minced garlic flakes
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. ginger
1⁄2 tsp. pepper
1⁄4 tsp. pink salt
1⁄4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 T. rosemary
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf coconut stevia
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients, except xanthan gum, until well combined.
  2. Sprinkle xanthan gum on top and whisk in.
  3. Transfer to mason jar or salad dressing container.
  4. Store in fridge.
