Ingredients:
3 medium sized baked sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 T. nut butter of choice
3/4 c. vanilla protein powder of choice
1 T. pumpkin pie seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- Mix all ingredients together in food processor.
- Scoop out one teaspoon of mixture at a time and form into 24 balls.
- Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly with fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
