Ingredients:
5 oz scallops
1/4 cup water
pink salt and pepper to taste
8 oz asparagus, cut in 1″ pieces
1 apple, chopped into bite sized pieces
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
1 dash cayenne
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
- Steam asparagus until tender, but still crisp
- Set aside
- Heat water in a skillet and add scallops, stirring occasionally, until cooked all the way through
- Add apple, grated ginger, garlic, and cayenne
- When liquid is reduced by half, add asparagus and season with pink salt and pepper
