Sweet Scallop Stir Fry

5 oz scallops
1/4 cup water
pink salt and pepper to taste
8 oz asparagus, cut in 1″ pieces
1 apple, chopped into bite sized pieces
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
1 dash cayenne
1 clove garlic, minced


  1. Steam asparagus until tender, but still crisp
  2. Set aside
  3. Heat water in a skillet and add scallops, stirring occasionally, until cooked all the way through
  4. Add apple, grated ginger, garlic, and cayenne
  5. When liquid is reduced by half, add asparagus and season with pink salt and pepper
