Ingredients:
1 small onion, diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 c unsweetened pineapple juice
2 c water
1 t liquid smoke
3 oz tomato paste
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
1 t salt
2 t paprika
2 t chili powder
1 t pepper
1/2 t cinnamon
1/8 t clove
stevia, to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes
