Ingredients:
8 oz ground beef
2 t Taco Seasoning
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1/2 c plain greek yogurt
4 T salsa
1/2 avocado
1 t lemon or lime juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2 red peppers, sliced 1″ thick
Directions:
- Brown ground beef in skillet over med-high
- Add Taco Seasoning, tomato, and onion and cook until veggies are tender
- Remove from heat and stir in salsa and greek yogurt
- Transfer into 2 bowls
- Place red pepper strips into dip around bowl
- Mash avocado, lemon/lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste in separate bowl
- Top dip with avocado mixture
