8 oz lettuce
8 oz diced tomatoes
3.5 oz ground beef (or buffalo or chicken)
Taco Seasoning, to taste

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add taco seasoning
  3. Plate lettuce and tomato then spoon meat on top
