2 quarts water
6-8 black tea bags
4 star anise
6 whole cloves
10 oz coconut cream (canned)
12 dates
2-3 dropperfuls SweetLeaf english toffee stevia
4-5 dropperfuls SweetLeav vanilla creme stevia


  1. Boil water in medium saucepan
  2. Add teabags, star anise, clove and dates
  3. Remove saucepan from heat and steep 10-15 minutes
  4. Remove teabags, star anise, and cloves with large spoon or strainer
  5. Stir in coconut cream and stevia
  6. Transfer to blender and pulse a few times
  7. Pour into mason jars
  8. Cool completely 
  9. Serve over ice or store in refrigerator up to 1 week
