Ingredients

8 oz ground turkey
1-2 t minced garlic
1 small yellow onion, sliced
1/2 T coconut oil
1 stalk celery (whole head of celery), chopped
1 1/2 c green beans
1/2 c cranberries
1/2 c canned pumpkin puree
1/2-1 t cinnamon
pink salt, to taste
1/2 c pecans

Directions
  1. Brown turkey with garlic in skillet over medium-high heat then drain and set aside
  2. Melt coconut oil in skillet
  3. Stir in onions, celery, and green beans then cover and allow to cook until softened
  4. Stir in cranberries, cinnamon, pumpkin, and turkey then cover and cook a few more minutes
  5. Remove from heat and stir in pink salt and pecans
  6. Transfer to 2 plates/bowls
