Ingredients

2 slicesĀ Cloud Bread
3 oz turkey breast
1 T pumpkin puree
2 T plain greek yogurt
3-5 cranberries, mashed
5-10 drops stevia
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 c green beans

Directions
  1. Spread pumpkin onto bottom slice of cloud bread
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon on top
  3. Lay turkey on top of pumpkin
  4. Top with green beans
  5. Combine greek yogurt, cranberries, and stevia together in small bowl
  6. Spreak yogurt mixture onto top slice of bread
  7. Close sandwich
