3 oz cooked turkey breast
8 oz celery
2 T stone ground dijon mustard
1/4 t thyme
1/4 t sage
1/4 t onion powder
1 t parsley
1/8 t cloves
1/8 t cinnamon
pink salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Place 3 oz celery into food processor and pulse
  2. Cut remaining celery into strips and set aside
  3. Add turkey and mustard into food processor and process until well combined
  4. Add spices and process again
  5. Transfer to bowl
  6. Use reserved celery strips to eat off of
