Ingredients

6 oz tilapia
8 oz mushrooms
1 T lemon juice
cilantro (optional)
pink salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Cook fish in skillet with water, lemon juice, and cilantrio, if desired
  2. Meanwhile, wash mushrooms and dry with a paper towel
  3. Shred tilapia and mushrooms in food processor
  4. Add pink salt and pepper to taste
  5. Strain to get rid of excess water
  6. Form into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet
  7. Bake about 30 min or until firm
