Ingredients:
6 oz tilapia
8 oz mushrooms
1 T lemon juice
cilantro (optional)
pink salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Cook fish in skillet with water, lemon juice, and cilantrio, if desired
- Meanwhile, wash mushrooms and dry with a paper towel
- Shred tilapia and mushrooms in food processor
- Add pink salt and pepper to taste
- Strain to get rid of excess water
- Form into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake about 30 min or until firm
