4 oz swordfish
8 oz romaine lettuce
6 oz grape tomatoes
1 serving Tomato Basil Vinaigrette
pink salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place swordfish on parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with pink salt and pepper
  3. Bake for 10 minutes then place in fridge to cool
  4. Combine lettuce and tomatoes in bowl 
  5. Top with swordfish and Tomato Basil Vinaigrette
