Ingredients

4 slices (1 batch) Savory Pumpkin Egg Bread
1 large tomato
1-2 tsp. dijon mustard (or other mustard of choice)

Directions
  1. Toast slices of bread in toaster oven.
  2. Cut tomato into thin slices.
  3. Spread mustard onto 2 slices of bread.
  4. Place tomato slices on top of mustard.
  5. Place remaining slices of bread on top. 
  6. Serve with remaining slices of tomato, topped with spices of choice.
