Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 c. oats
1/2 c. raisins (or 1/2 c. other ingredient like chocolate chips, nuts, craisins, coconut flakes, etc)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
- Place all three ingredients in bowl
- Mush and combine ingredients together with hands
- Form into 24 cookie shaped rounds on baking sheet
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on bottom
- Remove from oven and cool on wire rack
