12 oz zucchini
1 can albacore white tuna
1 c water
1/8 t celery seed
1/2 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1 T dijon mustard
1/4 t xanthan gum
1/4 t smoked paprika
pink salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spiralize or slice zucchini into strips the size of noodles
  3. Place 8 oz zucchini and tuna into pyrex baking dish and mix until combined
  4. Steam remaining 4 oz zucchini until soft
  5. Transfer steamed zucchini to blender with water, mustard, spices, and xanthan gum
  6. Blend until sauce-like consistency is reached
  7. Pour sauce into bowl and stir well
  8. Bake for 25 minutes
