Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey (or chicken)
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
1 t sage
1 t crushed red pepper flakes
1 t oregano
1/2 t fennel seeds
1/4 t pink salt

Directions
  1. Heat skillet to med-high heat
  2. Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl
  3. Form into 8 patties (or links)
  4. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through
