4 oz. ground turkey
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. minced garlic flakes
1/4 tsp. minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. fennel
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
pinch nutmeg and cayenne
pink salt and pepper, to taste
1 dropperful SweetLeaf english toffee stevia
- Cook turkey in skillet until beginning to brown then set aside.
- Add water to skillet and bring to a boil.
- Add spinach to skillet then cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until water is almost gone.
- Stir in all spices, stevia, and turkey and cook another 5 minutes.
