Ingredients:
16 oz ground turkey
1 t sage
1/2 t fennel seeds
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t thyme
pink salt and pepper, to taste
red pepper flakes, optional
Directions:
- Place ground turkey in a large bowl then set aside
- Mix together spices
- Add spices to ground turkey and mix until spices are evenly distributed throughout
- Shape into small patties
- Place sausages into the hot skillet and cook until until browned and the middle is no longer pink
