Ingredients

4 oz lean ground beef
1/2 can Trader Joe's Premium Chunk White Chicken in Water (or 1/2 c shredded chicken)
2 c sliced red cabbage
1 green pepper, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 T coconut oil
1/2 c frozen chopped onions and peppers
6 banana pepper rings, chopped finely
1/2 T Taco Seasoning
 

Directions
  1. Brown beef in skillet then drain and set aside
  2. Melt coconut oil in skillet
  3. Stir in cabbage, green pepper, and peppers and onions then cover and cook, stirring occasionally
  4. Stir in beef, chicken, banana peppers, and Taco Seasoning until heated though
