Ingredients:
1 t coconut oil
1 egg
1 T coconut flour
1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia
1 T chopped pecans
2 T unsweetened almond milk
2 T Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
2 T flax meal
1/2 t baking powder
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in mug
- Stir in egg
- Add flax meal, almond milk, stevia, protein powder, coconut flour, and baking powder
- Stir in pecans
- Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
