Ingredients:
1 t garlic powder
6 T Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast
1 t onion powder
1 T coconut oil
2 t dijon mustard
3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 T coconut flour
pink salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 t xanthan gum
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in saucepan over med-high heat
- Whisk coconut flour and almond milk together in small bowl then add to saucepan
- Whisk in nutritional yeast and reduce heat to med-low
- Stir in mustard and spices and whisk frequently while cooking another 5 minutes until sauce has thickened
- Remove from heat and whisk in xanthan gum
