1 t garlic powder
6 T Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast
1 t onion powder
1 T coconut oil
2 t dijon mustard
3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 T coconut flour
pink salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 t xanthan gum


  1. Melt coconut oil in saucepan over med-high heat
  2. Whisk coconut flour and almond milk together in small bowl then add to saucepan
  3. Whisk in nutritional yeast and reduce heat to med-low
  4. Stir in mustard and spices and whisk frequently while cooking another 5 minutes until sauce has thickened
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in xanthan gum
