Ingredients:
2 t vanilla extract
1 t pink salt
3/4 t baking soda
1/4 c coconut oil, melted
3/4 c coconut flour
4 bananas
7 eggs
12 walnut halves
1 T cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place liners in 12 muffin tins
- Combine bananas, coconut oil, vanilla, and eggs in food processor
- Mix in coconut flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda
- Allow to sit for 3-4 minutes for batter to thicken
- Pour batter into muffin tins equally
- Press 1 walnut half inside center of each muffin
- Bake 25-30 minutes, until toothpock inserted in center comes out clean
