Warm Banana Coconut Bowl

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, coined
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1/4 cup pecans or almonds
1/8 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 T coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Melt coconut oil in saucepan over med-high heat
  2. Toast nuts in saucepan
  3. Stir in bananas, milk, coconut, and cinnamon
  4. Cook until heated through
