Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, coined
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1/4 cup pecans or almonds
1/8 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 T coconut oil
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in saucepan over med-high heat
- Toast nuts in saucepan
- Stir in bananas, milk, coconut, and cinnamon
- Cook until heated through
