Ingredients

1 cucumber
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 small sweet onion
1/3 c plain greek yogurt
1/8 t garlic powder
1/4 t oregano
1/8 t thyme
1/2 t parsley
1/2 t dried mint
pepper, to taste
pink salt, to taste
stevia, to taste
water, as needed

Directions
  1. Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces
  2. Tranfer to bowl 
  3. Stir in all spices and yogurt
  4. Add water until desired sauce consistency is reached
