Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 small sweet onion
1/3 c plain greek yogurt
1/8 t garlic powder
1/4 t oregano
1/8 t thyme
1/2 t parsley
1/2 t dried mint
pepper, to taste
pink salt, to taste
stevia, to taste
water, as needed
Directions:
- Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces
- Tranfer to bowl
- Stir in all spices and yogurt
- Add water until desired sauce consistency is reached
