Ingredients:

8 oz zucchini
water

Directions:

  1. Use a Veggetti, Spiralizer, or potato peeler to peel your zucchini into “noodles”
  2. Add a little bit of water to skillet on med-high heat
  3. Add any desired spices
  4. Cook, stirring, 3-5 minutes until zoodles are tender
