Ranch Cauliflower Chips

Crispy and delicious, cauliflower chips are a great way to enjoy the vegetable that's been touted as a superfood. It also helps that they're pretty darn good for you! With just a little bit of prep time, you can have these in your fridge ready for snacking any day of the week.

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl or a food processor
  • Stir/Process
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet or stone with parchment paper.
  • Scoop and place about 1 T of the cauliflower mixture on the prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 5- 7 minutes.
  • Remove and turn cauliflower chips over.
  • Bake for another 5 -7 minutes.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
