or butter, melted
spices
if desired
Instructions
Mix almond flour, egg, and baking powder together in a microwavable container
Stir in coconut oil (or butter) and spices, if desired, until well combined
Microwave for 90 seconds
Cool for a minute
Slice in half
Toast in a toaster until lightly golden brown. You can also cook each side in a skillet over med-high heat
