Tapioca Flour Dinner Rolls (Biscuits)

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease cookie sheet
  • Combine tapioca flour with salt and 1/4 cup of coconut flour in a medium bowl
  • Mix well
  • Pour in oil and warm water and stir
  • Add whisked egg and continue mixing until well combined (If mixture is too thin, add one or two more tablespoons of coconut flour until the mixture is soft but somewhat sticky dough)
  • Scoop out about two tablespoons of the dough and roll into 10 balls (Can also be made as drop biscuits)
  • Use extra tapioca flour in the palms of hands so dough does not stick
  • Bake about 35 minutes, until lightly browned
