Ingredients
  

  • 2 T. coconut oil
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • 1 yellow onion sliced thick
  • 1/2 head green cabbage sliced
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp. pink salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cabbage, pink salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in eggs then cover and cook another 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until egg is cooked.
