Instructions
Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in cabbage, pink salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in eggs then cover and cook another 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until egg is cooked.
