Ingredients:
3 c brussels sprouts
1/2 T butter or coconut oil
1/4 c chopped pecans
1 apple, chopped
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Steam brussels sprouts until softened
- Drain and return to heated saucepan
- Stir in butter/oil, pecans, and apples
- Cover and cook until apples are softened
- Sprinkle with pink salt
