3 c brussels sprouts
1/2 T butter or coconut oil
1/4 c chopped pecans
1 apple, chopped
pink salt, to taste


  1. Steam brussels sprouts until softened
  2. Drain and return to heated saucepan
  3. Stir in butter/oil, pecans, and apples
  4. Cover and cook until apples are softened
  5. Sprinkle with pink salt
