1 oz box raisins
1/2 T coconut oil
1/2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
stevia, to taste


  1. Melt coconut oil in small bowl
  2. Stir in cocoa powder and stevia
  3. Add raisins to bowl and stir until covered
  4. Remove each raisin from bowl and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet in freezer
  5. Once “chocolate” has solidified, remove from freezer and repeat dipping/freezing raisins
  6. Repeat until all chocolate is used and raisins are covered
