5 oz Mahi Mahi
8 oz iceberg lettuce
1 orange
Coconut aminos to taste 
Old Bay seasoning



  1. Cover Mahi Mahi with Old Bay seasoning and liquid aminos in tupperware to let it marinate overnight
  2. Steam fish until cooked through
  3. Meanwhile, peel & section orange and cut into chunks 
  4. Cut up lettuce
  5. Put orange chunks on lettuce
  6. Flake fish into pieces on top of lettuce and orange
  7. Add coconut aminos to taste
