Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c salsa
1 T minced garlic
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
12 oz edamame
1 T chili powder
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Brown beef in saucepan with onion, peppers, and garlic over medium-high heat
- Drain liquid and return to stove
- Stir in tomato sauce, salsa, edamame, and spices
- Once liquid is boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
