Ingredients:
1/4 c water
1 (5 oz) can white tuna
8 oz mushrooms, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 T Bragg’s liquid aminos
2 t ginger
Directions:
- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
- Add mushrooms and tuna to skillet
- Cover with lid and allow to cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are soft
- Drain excess liquid
- Stir in liquid aminos and ginger and heat for another minute
