Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1/2 c. almond butter
1/3 c. IMO syrup (or honey)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 T. flax meal
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. Enjoy LIfe mini dark chocolate chips (or COcolate Chips)

Directions:

  1. Using hands or wooden spoon, combine all ingredients together in medium bowl until very thoroughly mixed.
  2. Roll into 20 balls, about 1″ in diameter each.
  3. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet or plate and freeze for one hour.
  4. Transfer to container with lid and place in refrigerator for up to one week.
