Ingredients:
1 S’mores Better Than Quest Bar (ingredients listed below):
2 T prebiotic fiber (FiberYum IMO syrup)
1/4 c egg white protein powder (or other protein powder of choice)
1 T almond flour
1 dropperful vanilla creme or chocolate stevia
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/2 T COcolate Chips (or chocolate chips)
Directions:
- In small bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, stevia, vanilla extract, and chips
- Heat prebiotic fiber (FiberYum IMO syrup) in small saucepan over med-high heat until starting to bubble
- Pour prebiotic fiber into small bowl
- Stir until doughy mixture is formed (if mixture is too sticky, add additional protein powder)
- Add in cocolate (or chocolate) chips once dough is slightly cooled
- Transfer dough to wax or parchment paper
- Form into bar shape
- Place in refrigerator until cooled and set
- Place in toaster oven at 350 degrees
- Bake for 5-6 minutes, until starting to brown on edges
- Flip and bake another 1-3 minutes, leaving center slightly soft still
