Cajun Shrimp Pepper Nachos

Ingredients: 

6 oz cooked shrimp
1 t McCormick Cajun Seasoning
1/4 c water
8 oz (2 small) bell peppers, cut into 4-6 slices
4 oz bell peppers, chopped
1/4 t onion powder
pink salt, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add 4 oz chopped peppers and cook until softened
  3. Stir in onion powder and cajun seasoning and cook until water is reduced
  4. Cut shrimp into into bite sized pieces and stir into cooked peppers
  5. Arrange pepper slices on plate and scoop shrimp mixture into each slice 
  6. Sprinkle with pink salt
