Ingredients: 

¼ c. whey protein powder
½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ c. honey
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 395 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine protein powder, cocoa powder, honey, and almond extract in bowl with spoon until soft dough forms.
  4. Shape dough into 12 balls and flatten into rounds on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
