Ingredients: 

6 oz shredded coleslaw (cabbage and carrots)
1/2 bell pepper (color of choice)
1/2 yellow onion
1 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)
2 oz shredded chicken
1 egg
1 T coconut oil

Sauce:
1 T Simple Girl Sweet Mustard dressing (or dijon mustard)
1 T coconut aminos
1/2 t minced garlic
1/2-1 t lime juice
fresh ginger (to taste)
6 drops stevia

Directions: 
  1. Melt coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Chop peppers and onion
  3. Cook peppers, onion, and coleslaw mix in skillet until softened
  4. Push veggies to side and scramble eggin skillet
  5. Stir in shredded chicken
  6. Combine all sauce ingredients in small bowl
  7. Pour sauce over skillet and stir to mix in
